Officers & Board of Directors
According to the bylaws of the organization, "the control and management of Chicago Loop Alliance and of its affairs, funds and property is entrusted to, and vested absolutely in the Board of Directors." This group is diverse and representative of the Loop's many industries.
Committees
Chicago Loop Alliance's committees—comprised of its members and representatives from the Board of Directors—are responsible for guiding the organization's focus in key interest areas, from planning & advocacy to marketing and membership.
Staff
Under the guidance of the Board of Directors and Executive Director, Chicago Loop Alliance's staff plans and executes the organization's programs and initiatives.
